Description

· Peppermint is botanically known as Mentha arvensis L. which is a cross between the water mint and spearmint.

· This plant is basically is native to the Middle East and Europe. Mainly leaves are used as a plant part for the extraction of essential oil.

· This plant grows up to the height of 12 to 35 inches bearing the dark green leaves & therapeutic properties. This essential oil is considered good for headaches, and on blending with a few drops of carrier oil this essential oil offers relaxation to stress and anxiety.

· It can refresh the mind and body and is good for cold and fever. It can boost the energy and clear the respiratory tract. Moreover, it’s good for reducing the feelings of nervous tension.

· It will energize you throughout the day and promotes blood circulation by boosting hair growth and makes hair stronger and stronger. It can stimulate the follicle of hair, and scalp surface.
