Methyl Heptenone is widely used as a fragrance additive where it’s a colorless to pale yellow,

clear liquid with a medium, citrus, fruity odor. It’s also used as a flavor additive in foods and pharmaceuticals. It’s also useful for fragrance in cosmetics.
