This grade is worked up from seeds of Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce, Apiaceae family, grown in Hungary, worked up by steam distillation. Typical Anethol runs at 71.9%, though as a natural product each lot is reported individually. Sample sizes through to bulk drums are held, and every consignment ships with its certificate. It is often specified alongside our organic oils and co2 extract oils.
