Description

Ylang-ylang essential oil is one of the finest natural products having skin rejuvenation, and relaxation properties. It helps to reduce the blood pressure. Ylang-ylang essential oil is widely used in aromatherapy, memory and can escalate the thinking skills. Ylang-ylang essential oil is used for fragrance for cosmetics and soaps. Ylang-ylang essential oil is an herbal treatment for conditions such as stomach distress, rheumatism, gout, malaria, headache, and pneumonia. Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil is derived from the steam distilled flowers of the Cananga odorata botanical.

Blends Well With

Bergamot, grapefruit, lavender and sandalwood.

Constituents

Linalool, geranyl acetate, caryophyllene, p-cresyl methyl ether, methyl benzoate, cinnamyl acetate, methyl salicylate, benzyl acetate, benzyl benzoate and other sesquiterpenes.

Uses

Ylang-ylang essential oil is used for the following purposes where it’s helpful for anxiety, colds, cough, depression, fever, headaches, insomnia, muscle tension.
